AL SULTANATE started out of respect for my Omani heritage and from frustration at seeing so-called 'Omani thobes' that were neither authentic nor refined.

An authentic Omani thobe is defined by its collarless design and distinctive short tassel, draping effortlessly to the right. Traditionally scented with oud by Sultans.

Cut in a relaxed, boxy silhouette for airflow and ease, while subtly tailored through the torso to maintain a sharp, structured look.
Button fastening
A clean front opening secured by two discreet fasteners - a hidden clasp and a subtle hook closure, creating a seamless, uninterrupted finish.

Detailed embroidery across the front, collar, and sleeves showcases the precision and heritage of true Omani craftsmanship.
